Paul holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designee.

Experience and Education

Paul focuses on the client experience and developing associate talent at several of the firm’s locations. He is responsible for strategy and operational execution in these locations, as well as identifying and opening new offices.

Prior to joining Mariner, Paul worked as a principal and chief operating officer at Allegiant Private Advisors. Before that, he spent 30 years on Wall Street in various institutional money management roles, including partner and portfolio manager at several successful hedge funds.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree in economics and an international relations certificate from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Paul enjoys food, wine, ballet, music, hiking and swimming.
