Experience and Education

Joe provides wealth management services to individuals, families, foundations and companies including customized investment portfolios that reflect a clients’ goals and risk parameters.

Prior to joining Mariner, he worked for the Savant Investment Group as the deputy chief investment officer and as an advisor. Prior to that, Joe was an equity analyst with Jefferies and Company where he generated investment opinions on companies within the education and training industries, real estate investment trusts and enterprise and consumer software. He was also a research analyst at Montgomery Securities.

Joe has a Bachelor of Arts in political science from San Francisco State University.

Personal Interests

Joe enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His favorite activities include camping, backpacking, running, soccer and softball. Joe and his family support and volunteer at the San Francisco – Marin Food Bank.
