Experience and Education
Rich provides personalized advice to help individuals, families and businesses achieve their objectives. He works with clients on the complex issues of compensation and benefit planning, retirement planning, tax planning and overall wealth management.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, beginning his career as a tax attorney and has worked with high-net-worth individuals and families. He cofounded Wealth Health in 2003 and led the firm until it was acquired by Mariner in 2020. In his role as managing partner of Wealth Health, he was responsible for managing the firm and also acted as a client relationship advisor to many of Wealth Health’s clients.
Rich has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law. He also has a Master of Laws degree in taxation from the New York University School of Law, Graduate Division.

He has been quoted in major newspapers, trade journals and digital articles. Rich was appointed to CNBC’s first ever Digital Financial Advisor Council, contributing guest columns and on-air content for CNBC for two years.
