Jason holds the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant designation, the Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation and has life and health insurance licenses in the state of Kansas.

Experience and Education

Jason focuses on delivering quality retirement plan designs to clients.

Prior to joining Mariner, he was a qualified plan consultant at Melton Wealth Partners. He designed, sold and serviced a 100+ Qualified Plan book of business with an emphasis on partnering with private wealth advisors to service their business owner clients. Prior to that, he was a senior retirement consultant at Empower where he specialized in the consultative sale of terminated employee rollover dollars into proprietary IRAs through inbound and outbound calls.
