Michael works with clients to create personalized financial plans designed to help them reach both long-term and short-term goals.
Michael started in the financial services industry in 1988 as a registered representative with Yakobavich and Company. He has had client-focused roles as a financial planner and wealth manager with Associates in Planning, Bank of the West, Wells Fargo, and Cascadia Wealth Management. His corporate experience includes vice president of product development for Marketing One, Bank Channel Marketing Manager for Transamerica Life Insurance and Annuity Company and vice president of product development for First Penn-Pacific Life. He has also taught graduate and undergraduate courses in finance at the University of Phoenix and Marylhurst University.
Michael has a bachelor’s degree in finance with a co-concentration in international finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Personal Interests
Michael enjoys flying, scuba diving, camping, dancing and spending time with his family.
