Or works closely with his clients to develop customized financial plans to help them reach their goals and objectives. A veteran tax specialist and personal financial planner, he brings a unique background to the table, incorporating income tax and estate tax strategies as he builds and updates financial plans for clients.

Or enjoys empowering clients by helping them define, prioritize and achieve their financial goals through tax-optimized strategies. He has been featured on CNBC, Business Insider and Wealthfront and in Barron’s. Prior to joining Mariner, he held tax senior manager positions at Mazars and, before that, Moss Adams. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC as tax senior.

Or earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, both in accounting, from Yeshiva University, graduating summa cum laude. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs, where he sits on its Financial Literacy State Committee.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Or is actively involved with the Los Angeles Chapter of the Jewish National Fund. As a passionate advocate for advancing financial literacy, he also volunteers with Junior Achievement and its initiatives in the local community.
