Sal provides clients with comprehensive wealth management services to help them achieve their goals as well as integrated planning and strategies to help them grow and protect their wealth.

Prior to joining Mariner, Sal worked for an independent registered investment advisory firm. There, he was responsible for leading the investment committee and making strategic changes to client portfolios. Before that, he worked on an advisory team at Neuberger Berman, where he helped manage private client assets with a focus on high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, Sal spent five years at Goldman Sachs helping financial intermediaries create portfolios for wealthy individuals and institutional clients.

Sal has a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in investment management from DePaul University.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Sal enjoys Chicago sports and spending time with his wife and children.
