Sandy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.

Experience and Education

As head of fixed income, Sandy serves as lead portfolio manager for the firm’s fixed income strategies.

Prior to joining Mariner, she oversaw the management of separately managed bond accounts for high-net-worth institutional clients at Evergreen Investments. While there, Sandy was responsible for formulating, implementing and monitoring investment strategies.

She was also the manager of the Gallatin Fixed Income Group of A.G. Edwards. Before joining A.G. Edwards in 1997, she served as a municipal credit analyst at Boatmen’s Trust Company. Prior to that, Sandy worked for the State of Missouri’s budget office.

Sandy has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
