Experience and Education

Travis uses his knowledge of tax laws, depreciation, fixed assets and construction pay applications to provide tax planning solutions for real estate investors and business owners.

Prior to joining Mariner, Travis worked as a central practice leader for ICS-Tax, LLC, where he led central region practices and managed quality assurance of final deliverables. Prior to that, he served as the fixed asset services senior manager for Eide Bailly, LLP, leading a team of construction engineers to produce and deliver cost segregation and fixed asset planning studies for clients’ tax filings.

Travis has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in construction management from the University of Minnesota. He is a board member and the current president of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals.

Personal Interests

Travis enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, hunting, fishing and watching his daughters compete in national karate tournaments.
