Experience and Education

Troy is responsible for ensuring department functions, directives, structure, staff, and policies and procedures support Mariner’s strategy and objectives. He also focuses on establishing and monitoring department KPIs and ensures that department resources are being utilized effectively.

Prior to joining Mariner, Troy was partner and executive director of consulting at AndCo. While there, he assisted clients with investment policy design, strategic asset allocation, manager structure implementation and performance measurement. Before that, he worked with Merrill Lynch Consulting Services, where he served as a primary consultant for various institutional clients and designed client deliverables for asset allocation and performance measurement. Earlier in his career, he was a senior analyst in the consulting services division at Kemper Securities.

Troy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Milwaukee.

Away from the office, he enjoys hiking, biking, video games, Legos and digital editing.
